Expected Results

Construct a detailed BIM model of the existing building and site within the relevant boundaries and where relevant including adjacent context of buildings and relevant features. Understand the process of utilizing a BIM methodology in a mixed-use development of medium scale & complexity. Devise a sustainable and quantifiable design response to an existing environment. Deliver a coherent and informed presentation which illustrates the proven relevant attributes of your proposed design solution.
